Position: situated at the beach at the heart of Capo Vaticano,
in a rich wooded area covering 35,000 sq. m., the Santa
Maria overlooks the stretch of coast considered among
the most famous and picturesque of the Costa degli Dei
(Coast of the Gods). Accommodation: the village has various brick constructions which cater
to every need - both hotel and residence formula. Hotel:
the rooms are in the main building, with private bathrooms
and fridge bar. For the residence formula the apartments
are divided into bungalows, small terraced villas and detached villas. Bungalows:
apartments with bedroom and bathroom, spacious veranda
with kitchenette. Two-room apartments: without veranda,
with bathroom, living room with kitchenette. Two-room
apartments with veranda: with bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette
in living room or veranda. Three-room apartments: 2
bedrooms with bathroom, kitchenette in living room or
veranda. Villas (terraced or detached): apartments with
2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette in living room or
veranda. Services: the village has a café/bar,
restaurant, discotheque with amphitheatre on the beach,
shopping centre, take-away snack bar, sports facilities
(swimming pool, tennis court and all-purpose court).
Free beach service with 1 beach umbrella and 2 deck
chairs. Beach:
fine white sand. Sport and recreation: The club card includes:
daytime and evening recreation, discotheque; tennis,
swimming and windsurfing courses; volleyball, bowls,
table tennis and five-a-side football tournaments. The
village also has a games park and mini-club for children.
How to get there: by train: 2 km from
S. Maria di Ricadi station. By air: about 50 km from
Lamezia Terme airport and 70 from Reggio Calabria airport.
By car: A3 SA/RC motorway from North: take Pizzo exit,
from South, take S.Onofrio-Vibo Valentia exit. |
